" I'm so happy I found out about this place.  We've had several months of complete bliss with the eco-cloud mattress from the Natural Mattress Store.  I think its the "clarity" model we purchased.  We had visited European Sleepworks and although I liked their mattresses I read many horror stories with their service dept.  I noticed after we'd been in the shop for a while, the sales person really lost interest in us.   I can't say enough good stuff about the service I got from the Natural Mattress Store from Steve and his son (who delivered the mattress. Its a family business and I like that. Go to the website and read Steve's story. He invented the eco-cloud mattress after working in the commercial mattress industry for many years. Prior to visiting their store, I was in mattress hell, waking up every morning feeling worse than I did when I went to bed. Now bed is the most wonderful place in the world.  I also recommend their millet pillow. Its expensive but very well worth it.  I'm a side sleeper and you can mold these pillow to just the right height for your neck and there's a really nice quality layer of wool and silky cotton on top. "Steve is a no frills salesman.  He won't try to sell you a mattress like a used car salesman and the sales people at ghetto Sleep Train. He'll give you the facts and that's it.  That being said, he'll sell you a great mattress.  We opted for the Keetsa and though on principle we wanted to go with "all natural", we couldn't deny that the Keetsa just felt better (it's almost all natural minus the polyurethane memory foam).  I am sooo happy giving this local store our business. And to think we almost spent  2,200 (more than our Keetsa) on a piece of crap from Sleep Train....so happy with our purchase and the service we received."       Tom S.
